Refund & Returns Policy

All tickets sold on Trusted Wimbledon Debentures are for specific events and dates. Due to the nature of event ticketing, all ticket purchases are considered final.

No Returns or Exchanges
Once an order has been confirmed, tickets cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled by the customer unless otherwise required by law.

Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, customers will be entitled to a refund equal to the face value of the tickets, subject to the policies of the event organiser.

Event Rescheduling
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds are generally not provided for rescheduled events unless the event organiser issues a refund.

Ticket Delivery
Tickets are delivered electronically prior to the event via secure transfer. Customers are responsible for ensuring the email address provided at checkout is correct.

Authenticity Guarantee
All tickets sold are authentic debenture tickets sourced from verified debenture holders. In the unlikely event of an issue with ticket validity, customers should contact us immediately so the matter can be investigated.

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for checking event dates, times, and venue details before completing their purchase.
